Visits to the Pre-School
We have had visits from various professionals to our setting, previously these have included the police, fire brigade, musicians, story tellers and dental nurses.
Visit by Surrey Police to talk to the children about safety and to show them the workings of a police car.
During the summer term we offer lunch on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday to children who are moving on to big school. Depending on their usual attendance sessions each child is offered up to 2 lunch club sessions; lunch club finishes at 1.15pm.
We hold a sports afternoon starting with a family picnic and then traditional races. If the weather is fine it takes place in the rectory garden but if it is wet it is held indoors.
A leavers lunch is held for the children moving onto school. Parents are invited to join us, their children have lunch together and then the children sing a few songs.
